I can not believe how quickly the summer goes. Our weather has been incredible this summer as we seemed to have missed the continual rain they saw up north.
Real estate here on the Cape has definitely picked up with great bargains to be had in the lower price range (under 300k). We are even seeing homes in the low 100k range. Wow! Who would have thought we'd see that again?
My recommendation? If you love Cape Cod and want to own here now is the time to buy. This will not last! First time home buyers, baby boomers who want to retire or invest.. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? Prices will go up. So the question is will you buy before or after they go up? Remember, long term real estate is always a good investment.
Got to go...the beach is calling me!
