New Service for Prospective Homebuyers with Artificially-Depressed FICO Credit Scores

Independent credit reporting agencies are teaming with the only national credit bureau that collects and maintains rent, utilities, cable and other payment data ignored by Equifax, Experian and Trans Union. Realty agents and loan brokers will be able to obtain supplementary credit reports and scores to help qualify buyers with nontraditional credit histories.
