Mortgage Rates Slip Slightly This Week
Freddie Mac today released the results of its Primary Mortgage Market Survey (PMMS) in which the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 6.15 percent, with an average 0.6 point, for the week ending January 12, 2006, down from last week's average of 6.21 percent.
