The Owners reduced this home in an incredible area by the beach(Steps away), marina(picture above), steps away and a 5 minute walk to the village. The town landing is in walking distance for all you boat lovers(no need to pay dock fees if you can trailer it).
Bathrooms are being renovated as we speak along with other upgrades.
Stop by 70 Meridian Way in Barnstable village, check out the area, the beach, etc.
Directions: Rte 6A to Millway, bear right on Commerce (just after marina). Meridian is your fourth left off of Commerce.
